Weekly updates on Southern Nevada Housing Market -09/17/2020

In the last seven days we currently have available 5,231 homes it is up 27 and we have seen it stay around this number in the last 3 weeks. There are 881 homes in escrow and there are 698 homes that have sold in the last seven days, that went up by 180. 174 homes were withdrawn from the market this week was a little higher than the previous. Median sold price at $337,248 that is up by $2,000 but what caught our attention is the median sold price per square feet, was up a lot. It went up to $181.77 and as we look at that number for price per square foot, so the median price stayed close and median sold price per square feet went up a lot. Now what does that mean? That means probably selling more homes in areas where price for square feet is a little higher. For an example, maybe like some of the master plans we discussed. Stay tune to hear more!
