Weekly updates on Southern Nevada Housing Market -05/28/2020

In escrow we have 711 single family homes in escrow this week, it went up by 38 from the week before. 362 homes closed this week and went down by 26 from last week. 157 homes were withdrawn from the market and it went down by 14 from the week before that but that is good thing, we are starting to see the market become more normal. Median sold price is at $315,023 it went up by $158, and the median sold price per square foot went up about $5.00 dollars from the week before. Stay tuned to hear more! Thanks for watching!
