Today we are in a lower inventory market and when you in a lower inventory market by the time a buyer needs to take the time to really understand and ask themselves those questions “what am I looking for” or “what do I want?” Now take the time to really get inside of your self because now it is not the time to figure it out no one surface answers you really want to think about it. Because in a low inventory market when you do find the home that comes closes that fitting your needs you need to move on it that reason being said is that good properties do not linger. Another aspect to this is hitting the negotiation you have two choices you can do your very best to set yourself up to be the best negotiation ability for you and for what you are trying to create or you can lessen that and these times of scenarios you cannot forget.
