Things you may have not known about your VA Home Loan!

There are a few fundamentals things that are out there that are just wrong that some people believe about the VA loan program. John breaks it down for the older veterans that have believed that their benefit expires, and this is not true. Whether you fought in WWII, Korean, Vietnam war there is no expiration to your home loan benefit with VA Loan. Second thing is that a veteran can use their VA loan more than once in their lifetime it’s not a loan program you can just use it once and lose it type of loan, you maintain your benefit for your entire life. You can use your VA Loan more than once at the very same time an example John gives us is that image you bought your home two years ago with your VA loan and since then have relocated to Nevada and would like to buy a new home you can do that.
