The inventory is very very low! Only 2,653 single family homes on the market. It might be the lowest number I've seen since 2006. Sold in the last 30 days were 2,800. We have more homes under contract than that are available. Take a look at the stack chart of the SFH through out the years. Stay tuned to learn more!
