Las Vegas year over year appreciation!

We know that the market was up 24% year over year (January 2019-January 2020) interesting thing for each segment of the market it has increased. We saw the single-family homes, townhomes, condos, the vertical space and luxury spaced over a million dollars, all of those segments have now increased for year over year in January and the projects in February seems to be about the same. We are going to see an increase in year over year and start the year pretty strong compared to last year. Equity Title is running more property information through their customer service now than they have in a very long time. Activity level is extremely high right now and it looks like it will project to continue.
