Las Vegas Housing Market -October

Currently available these are single family homes we currently have 7,858 homes available. We have 3,763 currently under contract, we have 2,924 that have been sold in the last 30 days. That leaves us with 2.69 months of inventory currently on our market in single family homes, average days on market are 43 days. Now we will compare to last month (September) to this month (October) we had 46 days on the market we have come down a little bit. We have gone down on activity in terms of what has went into contract and we closed a few more. The last two months were very close to each other. Stay tune to hear more about our market in October!
