Las Vegas Housing Market -November

Currently available we have 7,540 now these are only single-family residents. Now these are under contract homes we have currently 3,582, sold in the last 30 days 2,630 and now that leaves us with number of months of inventory of 2.87. If you were take the number of homes of available against the ones that were sold we got a little less than 3 months’ worth of inventory available right now. The average days on market right now are 45 last month it was 43 and last year (2018) was 32. The data is pretty similar compare to last year not all that different. Although we had a little less time on the market last year, but all of the other numbers are very similar. Thanks for watching!
