Las Vegas Housing Market 2020 -February

This is our monthly market update for February, we currently have 5,209 single family homes on the market, and we have 3,700 under contract and we have 2,274 that were sold in the last 30 days. That leaves us with 2.29 months of inventory available right now, meaning it would take 2.29 months to sell all the current existing inventory which it is a low number for this time of year and our inventory is shrinking.
