Las Vegas Housing Market 2019 – April

In April 2019 we have 7,832 single family homes available on the market. There are 4,077 homes that are pending or under contract right now. There are 2,501 homes that have sold in the last 30 days. That creates an absorption rate of 3.13, absorption rate once again is the number of months it takes to sell the current inventory. Last month the numbers were similar we had a few more homes in escrow this month and we sold 500 more homes this month than the month prior which is great. Our absorption rate has gone down it was getting up to the over 4 for a while. Now that it is at 3.13 Harvey feels it’s a fair nearly normal market slightly seller but overall almost a normal market.
