Is real estate market slowing down in Las Vegas?

Rick gives us comparisons between 2018 and 2019 market stats, now this only single-family homes. When we do the year to year comparisons we are seeing slightly down from last year. Last year was down as well from the pervious year (2017) we are off by 8% on total of closing, even when you compare 2017 and 2018 there was an 8% decrease as well. So, we are definitely seeing decreasing of closing in the last couple of year. Interesting thing about our market is the when people start to hear that the market is slowing, they start to worry but at the same time we are seeing a lot of price appreciation during that time.
