There are a few things that the clients should be thinking about first of if you bought or sold a home in 2019 you should have a copy of your settlement statement have it handy once you go do your taxes and might get some benefits when providing to your CPA. Another thing to do is to look at the Clark County assessor’s website and it is annual check up for homeowners to make sure there aren’t any surprised liens or judgements on the property.
