Nevada housing division has brought out this new program called FTHB (First Time Home Buyer). The program is 4% of the loan amount a little bit better in rate. With this program you couldn’t have owed a property within the last three years. This is a misunderstanding with FHA, people think its only for first time buyer and it is not true. You can still get this governmental program if you have owed before. They extended the Home is Possible for Teachers until December 31st of 2019! The teacher’s programs is a smokin’ deal due to the interest rate and they give you money. You must occupy the home for at least 5 years.
