Do you need a Realtor to buy a house?

Harvey talks about an article that is states “the internet didn’t shrink real estate’s agents commission by 6% but this lawsuit might”. The article talks about this lady who bought houses multiple times because she kept getting transferred for work and decided to get her real estate license because she thought she could a better job herself. Then she realized (in her mind) that buyers’ agent was not necessity. Harvey expresses that what she thinks is wrong and that buyers do need an agent. Her argument was that you used to need a real estate agent to find properties now you can find your home on all these portals (the internet) and find your dream home through there.
