Here in Las Vegas we have about 2.2 million people and in the Phoenix metro area they have about under 5 million in population. Phoenix has double of what Las Vegas has in population and the reason why is because in the Phoenix area is more spread out. Rebecca can have a listing in Surprise and one in Chandler and now it is an hour and in half drive between the two. The cool thing about Las Vegas you are only 30 minutes away from the strip from wherever you are from the valley. Apparently in Phoenix they are the number one growing city in the country. They have a lot of great things in Phoenix they have businesses growing, it is affordable and great weather. They average two hundred people a day and about 6,000 a month in the Phoenix area. Looking to buy in the Phoenix area contact us and we can put you in touch with Rebecca. Thanks for watching!
