Can I get a mortgage if I am self employed?

Self employed buyers are a unique group but not here in Las Vegas there is a lot of small businesspeople in town. They don’t have that W-2 to turn in to John what they provide is usually a financial report from their business and that financial report might not show as much income. Cash flow might be different than profit but there are programs out there. There are regular conventional products too as well as governmental loans that can go through full documentation might be more of a swing to try to get all the documents that the lender might need. But there are some products coming out now for the self employed borrows that have been in business for 2 years and some can go with bank statement programs if they can’t show it on paper.
