There is a contract that attorneys come up with and it is called the decree for a married couple getting divorced. There are specific terms that divorcee need to be thinking about and the first thing to say to yourself is that if you are actively in the progress of getting divorced and are legally married still but not yet divorced you are kind in limbo. A mortgage will look at you and say until you are sort of future obligation and responsibility are laid out on and agreed too. Lenders can actually give you financing recently John has had a number of people approach him and ask him “I know I am divorcing and I would like to buy a house and can I do that without my spouses involvement.” It comes down to play a piece on the community property aspects and a property state like Nevada the house has some level of ownership of that property if it is purchased in the time of time of the marriage.
