2020 Las Vegas Housing Market

This is the first monthly market update for 2020! Currently we have that are on the market are 5,763 single family homes on the market right now. We now have 3,093 that are in escrow or in another terms under contract. There are 2,407 homes that have sold in the last 30 days and that leaves us with 2.39 months of inventory currently available with an average day on the market are 49. Ff you compare it to last month the inventory shrunk a little bit are activity was up and months of inventory drop.
