The Las Vegas Raiders are rapidly assembling their coaching staff, with Klint Kubiak leading the charge as new offensive coordinator. Theyve secured a strong team, but still lack a quarterbacks coach. Mike McCoy, a former head coach and quarterback expert, is a top target, but they missed out on him. Jordan Traylor, another potential candidate, was also not secured. A promising internal option is Conner McQueen, currently offensive quality control coach, who played quarterback at Texas A&M and has college coaching experience. Promoting McQueen from within seems like the simplest path forward as the offseason progresses.
