Show Notes
New data from Realtor.com indicates that renters across the nation require a median income of approximately $75,000 to $80,000 annually to afford housing comfortably. In Las Vegas, median rent is over $1400 a month, with the median income around $78,000. Despite slight rent decreases, affordability remains a challenge due to rents being significantly higher than five years ago. Financial planner Steve Budin advises budgeting smartly to navigate these housing hurdles.
