Show Notes

A Las Vegas teen, Dominic Kim, has been indicted by a Clark County grand jury for his role in a disturbing incident during a school trip to Costa Rica. Hes now charged alongside Vaughn Griffith with possessing visuals showing child sexual conduct, as well as two counts of child abuse and endangerment. The charges stem from an incident last April where a teen victim was allegedly held down, assaulted, and recorded without consent. Investigators used search warrants and IP data to gather evidence, including videos and photos from Snapchat accounts. Both teens are out on bail with strict conditions, including no contact with the victim and limited internet use. Theyre set for arraignment on April fourteenth.
