Judge Rules: Three American Eskimo Dogs to Be Adopted, Owner Faces Felony Charges - A Henderson judge has decided that the citys Animal Protection Services can keep three American Eskimo dogs seized from a resident, deeming the owner unfit to care for them. All animals are now healthy, with the other pets adopted and the Eskimos going to a local rescue. Moyer-Boughton faces felony animal cruelty charges and must pay $2,500 to the department.
