AMBER Alert issued for ten-month-old Leilani Williams, taken by her father Roderick Duke. Last seen in a blue 2017 Chrysler 200 near Martin Luther King Blvd and Cheyenne Ave. Roderick is six feet two inches tall, 180 lbs, black hair, brown eyes. Leilani in white jumper with pink trim and flowers. Roderick in emotional crisis, threats made. No new sightings, search active. If seen, call 911 or North Las Vegas police at 702-633-9111.
