Show Notes

In this week's episode, we catch up with Kyle Hedge, Land & Legacy consultant, who spends a day working in Southeast Kansas. This consultation like many provided some unique opportunities to improve the habitat. There were plenty of surprises along the way that Kyle discovers on the site visit that alter the future plans of the farm.

Like many recreational farms, this property has some great pinch points and funnels that dissect the farm, as well as a great river corridor. Hunting the property is not difficult, however, these landowners wanted to make the property and natural resources more attractive to wildlife. Success is great, but being a land steward on top of hunting success is a goal we should all strive for.

Kyle reviews with us in detail the plans he has to make this happen for the client. He is going to develop a road map or blue-prints for them to follow and execute. These new landowners will have plenty of work to keep them busy, but many memories to create along the way.
