I get deals done based on the guidance my partners provide. I know how to negotiate and do whatever's necessary to get that signed purchase agreement and know how to close a deal. A deal doesn't count unless it closes. That's true. I communicate with him throughout the whole process to keep it from falling apart. This is, this is great.
