- The same way someone begins a building project, the same way we should look at following Jesus with that kind of planning and preparation
- We should take seriously building our life on Jesus words
- If you lack self control, that is a vision problem
- What will it cost YOU to follow Jesus and who is He calling you to be?
- Seek first the kingdom of righteousness
- Vision creates discipline in our discipleship to Jesus
- There is a theme to what Jesus is saying, and what he's saying is to "Count the cost"
