Do you ever feel like life is a dream? Like the world is tilted and you could just float right off the edge? There’s a name for that and it’s a panic attack. Like the movie SPLIT, they can come in different forms and at any time. We’ll be sharing many of the different faces of anxiety and how to cope when one pops up like an unexpected acquaintance at the grocery store.
