La investigación por el intento de magnicidio a la vicepresidenta argentina Cristina Fernández de Kirchner (CFK) a primeros de septiembre sigue en curso. Fernando Sabag, quien apuntó y gatilló a la mandataria, fue detenido el mismo día del intento de asesinato, pero a él se han ido sumando cómplices del atentado. La imputación será por tentativa de homicidio agravada por el uso de armas, y las pruebas parecen indicar premeditación y alevosía en el accionar.
