The Rams made a minor splash on the first day of legal tampering, reaching deals with former Detroit Lion guard Jonah Jackson and former Seahawks tight end Colby Parkinson. Jackson, an excellent run blocker, solidifies the interior of the Rams offensive line. Steve Avila will move to center, with Kevin Dotson at right guard. Parkinson is an unexpected signing, and may mean the Rams don't expect Tyler Higbee back very soon.
