Dr. Joe Heim, UW-La Crosse Professor Emeritus, in the WIZM studio Tuesday, a week before the fall election cycle ends. Of course, the discussion hovered around those races — including the 3rd US House District between Brad Pfaff and Derrick Van Orden. With Gov. Tony Evers in town at UW-L we discussed whether campaign stops to get college students to vote is worth it. We also discussed campaign spending, the partisan races that could be nonpartisan, and a potential change of guard of the committee in Wisconsin that controls elections.
