Gabriel was a young commercial airline pilot until he was diagnosed with Type 1 Diabetes. In response to this diagnosis, he reshaped his entire approach to personal health and in doing so became vegan. Soon after, he developed Ahimsa, a company that delivers sustainably manufactured alternative "vegan" leather shoes.
