Stella Gerkins reported that on November 17, the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission, issued a license surrender order for the lower Klamath river hydroelectric project, owned by energy giant Pacificorp. FERC Chairman Richard Glick spoke about the reasons for the surrender order on the 17th.
