<p>Violiste Emma van der Schalie gaat in gesprek met chef-kok Yornie van Dijk. Van Dijk nam in 2022 het restaurant ‘De Basiliek’ in Harderwijk over en gaf het een complete make-over van het interieur en het menu. Met resultaat: van Dijk ontving in 2022 zijn eerste Michelinster en de ‘Young Chef Award’.</p>
