Illustrator Typex, pseudoniem voor Raymond Koot, heeft sinds april een nieuwe wekelijkse strip in De Volkskrant, ‘Je Moeder’. Over de relatie met zijn moeder tijdens de corona-lockdown. Koot werkt als illustrator verder voor o.a. VPRO, OOR, Vrij Nederland en NRC. In 2019 won hij de Stripschapprijs.
