Wat begint als een ludieke actie groeit al snel tot een wereldwijd protest tegen seksuele intimidatie. Een thema dat De la Parra op het lijf geschreven is. Emancipatie, gender en etnische identiteit lopen namelijk als een rode draad door haar leven.
