Dimitri Verhulst’s de ‘Helaasheid der dingen’ behoort inmiddels tot de klassiekers en voor ‘Godverdomse dagen op een godverdomse bol’ ontving hij de Libris Literatuur Prijs. Nu is daar zijn nieuwe roman ‘De pruimenpluk’. Wederom een hommage aan de falende mens, waarin om treurigheid gelachen kan worden.
