Malcolm Elmiger ist Mitgründer von Create Equality und begleitet den politischen Prozess um den Anzug Bertschi. Dieser Anzug will, dass sich Basel-Stadt dem Rainbow City Network anschliesst und dass LGBTI Themen im Kanton innerhalb einer Fachstelle institutionalisiert werden.
