Show Notes

On this episode of Knowing Me, Knowing You, Trent and Dave bring their journey, across multiple episodes, into exploring the topic of resilience to an end.

James Cavanagh, Founder and Neurodiversity Consultant of RAWlife Health, joins the boys to unpack how our neurodivergence can inform our resilience, including:

  • James’ own lived experience, including with ADHD and anxiety,
  • How his lived experience informs the work he does with neurodivergent clients,
  • How promoting our individual strengths can help with building our resilience,
  • The difference between ‘reactive’ and ‘active’ resilience, as well as
  • The benefits of “externalising” practical support.

Please keep in mind, the discussions, topics, and advice provided as part of this podcast are general in nature. They should not replace specific and individualised mental health support that might be needed. If you are experiencing mental health concerns, you can visit the Joy Radio support page for assistance and guidance at: https://www.joy.org.au/support
