On this episode of Knowing Me, Knowing You, Trent and Dave start to unpack attachment styles by discussing two of the styles – “Secure” attachment and “Anxious-preoccupied” attachment.
For each of the attachment styles the boys discuss:
- What it means to identify them,
- How they can play out in our everyday lives,
- What traits or characteristics we might have, as well as
- How we can best look after ourselves (or our partner), if we have either of these attachment styles.
