I'm met Pat McNamara over 20-years ago while conducting training at Fort Bragg. He trained with me several times and his passion for combatives and fitness ensured we had a lot to talk about. Our friendship continues to this day.
In this talk, Pat explains why he didn't have to get ready for the pandemic and shares some of his mindset and philosophy.
Patrick McNamara spent 22 years in the United States Army in a myriad of special operations units. He retired from the Army's premier hostage rescue unit as a Sergeant Major and is the author of T.A.P.S. (Tactical Application of Practical Shooting) and Sentinel.
