I met Frank Grillo through my good friend Bryan Callen. I had been a fan of his for many years from his movies. I could tell he was a real athlete from the way he threw punches in his films, I knew he was a real boxer, but what I didn't know was how deep and thoughtful Frank was as a dad and as a human.
In this talk, we discuss Bryan Callen the fighter, very briefly 😬- we spend most of the time talking about what we're all dealing with now, the pandemic/lockdown. Frank had some really interesting thoughts.
We both share a love and passion for the Sweet Science: Boxing and we did manage to talk about it as well.
