Our guest today is Shterna Glick. Shterna is a Melbourne-based Lactation Consultant and registered Midwife working both privately and in the hospital setting. As a mother of five, her passion is supporting women throughout their childbearing journey, especially during the postnatal period. Shterna provides a home-visiting lactation consultation service and antenatal breastfeeding information classes, helping women navigate challenges with an evidence-based, practical and empathetic approach.
