Adshead-Bell has a PhD in geology as well as 24 years of capital markets experience. When investing Adshead-Bell said people should have a target sell price.
"My key takeaway is we're all very good at buying. We're less good at selling. [You] might have a paper [gain], but if you don't execute...and extract value from that position, you don't really have anything at the end of the day."
