It’s a new year and there’s lots of talk about resolutions, goal setting, even “words” for the year. It’s a great time for resetting and self reflection – I happen to love it, but whether your personality loves the practice of goal setting or not, I think this is a great time to think about whether or not you’re satisfied with your routine surrounding cooking and breaking bread with your people.
