- A judge has blocked the White House ballroom construction until Congress approves it
- Trump signed an executive order creating a nationwide list of verified eligible voters, centralizing voter eligibility data ahead of this year's midterm elections. The order, first reported by the Daily Caller, tasks the Department of Homeland Security and Social Security Administration with creating the voter list while seeking to bar the Postal Service from sending absentee ballots
- A Federal judge has blocked Trump’s order to end funding to NPR and PBS citing the First Amendment
