This is to celebrate International Women's Day which was on the 8th March 2024.. And coming up in Episode 7 at the end of this month, I am looking forward to chatting to Kat who is a BABCP accredited Cognitive Behavioural Therapist (CBT) in honour of World CBT Day on April 7th, this is going to be a good one!
