This month I had the privilege of chatting with Camila and Sophie from The Fold Community, a business they founded to promote and facilitate empowering women at at its finest. They organise events specifically for women struggling to look after their health and access information in their everyday lives; stemmed from their own struggles. Due to their drive and ambition to help and inspire other women, I knew they would make for a perfect International Women's day episode which is celebrated on March 8th this year.
