This month's podcast honours Grief Awareness week which is Dec 2nd until 8th this year. The episode shares a personal story by Vicky along with tips on how to cope with grief and most importantly how to open up the conversation. We are hoping this podcast will be reassuring to those people through going grief, or know someone who is, as we talk about understanding the reactions and emotions that come with it.
