Show Notes
In this months episode, we are raising awareness of World CBT day (cognitive behavioural therapy) which also ties in with World Health Day (on April 7th), demonstrating us how important CBT is today's modern world. My guest Katherine Drew has over 15 years experience of working in the field of mental health and is now a CBT therapist working for the NHS and running her own private practice. If you are interested in mental health and how the mind works, Kat is the perfect and most knowledgeable guest. We have a very interesting discussion around CBT, and have planned to simplify and educate all things surrounding cognitive behaviour therapy in a way which will hopefully help others understand it, and also access it if needed.
