Pastor Steve Alessi is an intentional dad, husband, and pastor who founded Metro Life Church in Doral, Florida with his wife Mary Alessi. He also leads a powerful family ministry, "The Family Business with the Alessis", and wrote a book on what he learned after the 42 minutes teetering between life and death after a massive heart attack. Ps. Steve joins Lee to discuss his miraculous journey from the struggles of starting a family to now working with his adult children, leadership lessons over his 30 years in ministry, and legacy goals in life, especially on the heels of facing death.
